My name is Artur Victoria and I am the Coordinator of the Portuguese Representation of A.D.E.S.G. for Europe and Lusophone Countries.
The European Delegates are a very important part of this project and are the pillar of competence and representativity of Our Organization
We expect to extend all the dynamic of this representation developing educational and cultural projects in partnerships. Sharing experiences and built coalitions is our wish.
For the time we are based in Vila Nova de Gaia, a town close to Porto, with a nearby airport and harbour. Modern motorways allow traveling by car through Spain to all Europe.
We are a non governmental organization but with logistic supports from the General Attorney, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Military and Police Headquarters.
We are in the academic area in investigation and courses.

INSTITUTION ACT OF THE REPRESENTATION
At the 20th of the month of April of 2005 this protocol is celebrated and approved unanimously by Superior Council of A.D.E.S.G.
A -
Association of the Graduates of the Superior School of War, represented by his President Doctor Américo Paula Chaves and with powersgiven by Directors Board, under designated A.D.E.S.G
B -
Institute for the Culture and Science Juridical Portuguese - Brazilian, acted by hisPresident Dr. Artur Victoria, with powers of representation that they were checked under designated by I.C.C.J.L.B.
Is signed a contract of Cultural and interdisciplinary Representation inside of the aims and purposes of these two Institutions in the following terms:
1 - The Representation now instituted has as the purpose of the representation of A.D.E.S.G. in Portugal - Europe and Lusophone countries to spread and develop the popularization and knowledge of the Portuguese – Brazilian culture, including the representation in all of the events in that acted understands of utility for both Institutions;
2 – The financial charges are totally insured for the Representative, namely of facilities, operational expenses and all the others related ;
3 - The Representative will care for the good image of the Represented - A.D.E.S.G. in the Countries doing and promoting for his popularization, prestige and dynamic as Entity that gives prestige to Brazil and the Brazilians at Cultural level, of Formation and Education;
4 - The Representative will promote the accomplishment of all of the events and will act in the most effective way;
5 - The Representative besides representation also assumes the duty, of aid and immediate repatriation of any member of the A.D.E.S.G. that for any unexpected reason or accident is in obvious lack situation and logistic support in Portuguese territory;
6 - The Representative annually will give to know Directories of the Represented the activities of the Representation now instituted, accepting of this the necessary recommendations.
